Happy Birthday Diane, No way do you look anywhere near 50 years old. You are as beautiful today as you were when I first saw you in Amityville Horror 2. I hope you had a special day.

Hi Diane,

I was just wondering if you were planning on visiting the east coast any time soon, preferrably long island. I am 45 yrs old so needless to say I grew up watching you on the big screen. Great time to be a teenager, boy were we lucky. Anyway hope to see you at a signing sometime..Thank you for all the great work, I can't express how much you were talked about within my circle...Paul

No comments? Well, belated as it may be, happy birthday, Diane, and as a literal child of the 1980s, the book is a blast! Kudos to you on revisiting your show biz career and the wonderful roles that makes being a cult movie fan that much more of a badge of honor.

Ummm...first? Belated as it may be, happy birthday to Diane Franklin! The new book is a blast, and kudos to her for recounting her show biz career with such candid warmth and insight. It's because of the memorable roles she played that I'm truly proud to be a cult movie aficionado.

Hi Diane,

I just found out today what a small world it is! I grew up watching your movies and Better Off Dead is my favorite movie of all time. I have watched this movie with my daughter a few times and just found out today that you two share the same Birthday! She turned 18 today. Happy Birthday and thanks for the great laughs over the years!
